Netflix has revealed a full-length trailer for "Okja" directed by Bong Joon-ho, starring Seo-Hyun Ahn, Tilda Swinton, Paul Dano, Lily Collins and Jake Gyllenhaal.
The film competed for the Palme d'Or in the main competition section at the 2017 Cannes Film Festival, where it was premiered on May 18. The film is set for release on June 28, 2017 and will be available to stream via Netflix.
Bong Joon-ho said about a character, "A very shy and introverted animal. It’s a unique animal that we’ve not seen before."
Plot:
A young girl named Mija risks everything to prevent a powerful, multi-national company from kidnapping her best friend — a massive animal named Okja.
